Mr. Jennings' career began in aviation with Lockheed Aerospace’s famed Skunkworks as part of the original development team for the F117A. Mr. Jennings holds FAA Air Frame and Power Plant licenses.  Mr. Jennings’ aerospace career transitioned into telecommunications in the mid-80s when the industry was in the process of deregulating. Over the next 25 years, Mr. Jennings owned and operated a company that provided telecommunication for the correctional institutions at the federal, state, and county levels.  His company received multiple awards for its innovation. Upon selling the business, Mr. Jennings pursued his interest in renewable energies. Mr. Jennings also formed a real estate company, PCS Development, in 1994 after the Northridge earthquake, and because of his technical and engineering background, he quickly adapted to the opportunities of reconstructing the devastation left in multifamily buildings throughout the San Fernando Valley.  Mr. Jennings went on to be largest developer in conjunction with the L.A. City Housing Department to repair over 50 damaged structures, and ultimately, he went on to build 2,000 new units. Mr. Jennings continues to maintain an active real estate business developing and owning assets in multiple sectors.

Mr Jennings’ unique set of experiences, including learning differences, led him to a commitment to further the educational support of children with leaning deferences. This commitment is best illustrated with Mr. Jennings’ 18 years of active participation at Park Century School.

Mr. Jennings is a graduate of CSUN and was awarded its Distinguished Alum Award in 2015.  Mr. Jennings is a longtime board member of Park Century School, CSUN’s Foundation and the CSUN Board of Advisors.  Mr. Jennings resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Adrienne, two adult children, and his daughter.
